Refunds and Returns


We hope you are delighted with your purchases and that the goods meet with your requirements. If for any reason you are unhappy you may return the goods to us in accordance with our return policy.

If after receiving the goods you decide you do not want them you have 30 days from delivery date to return them to us for a refund. All goods returned must be unworn and repacked in the original box. Shoes must not be damaged or worn outside and no scuffing should appear on the sole. (It is advisable to try on shoes on carpeted area to avoid any damage to the sole)

The return postage charge must be paid by the customer and this will not be refunded by the company unless the item is faulty. It is advisable that you insure the return parcel so it will be traceable as we will not be responsible for goods lost in the post.

In order to manage orders efficiently and guarantee first-class service levels, we can't offer direct exchanges.
You'll need to return the item you don't want and place a new order.

When we received your parcel, and your refund will be made between 1 and 2 weeks. The refund will be made by recrediting your account of the corresponding transaction whether you paid by credit card or via PayPal.

If a product is defective in any way, please email us to Immediately.  we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product and original delivery cost. Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
