Our Delivery prices are as follows:

• the Republic of Ireland & North Ireland: €4 for 1 item,  €7 for 2 items, €10.00 for 3 items or more
• United Kingdom: €6.00 for 1 item, €12.00 for 2 items, €15.00 for 3 items or more
• other country: €7.50 for 1 item, €14.00 for 2 items, €20.00 for 3 items or more

When my parcel sent?

Any order placed before 12 midday (Monday to Friday only, according to order validation) is processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 midday are processed with priority the next working day.
When your order is dispatched,  you will receive an email to inform you that  your order had been sent.

it will take between 1 and 5 working days to have it delivered to your address. 98% of our parcels are delivered within 3 and 4 working days, if your parcel takes more than 7 working days to arrive please contact us and we'll investigate to locate your parcel.

If the goods are damaged in transit you must keep all packaging as this may be required when making any claim. It is incumbent on the customer to check the product and notify the company within 48 hrs if there is any problem with the goods delivered.

 What happens if I am not home at the time of the delivery?
If you are not there at the time of the delivery, the driver will only complete a delivery if the parcel can be left in a safe, dry, and secure location (or in line with the customer's specific request). You will then receive a "call card" with information on where the parcel was left. If it is not possible to ensure that a parcel can be left in a dry, safe and secure location, you will receive another "call card" in order to contact the central 'call card bureau' to arrange a convenient delivery date. If, after the first attempt no contact is made by you to arrange a second delivery attempt within 5 working days, then the parcel will return to our dispatch site.
